Shipping

We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. We've found this is the cheapest, fastest way to get your glasses to you (other carriers, like UPS and FedEx, can take up to six days to reach you and can cost as much as ten bucks!). We don't charge any handling fee or extra shipping - you only pay what they charge us.

All orders:

• Are shipped USPS Priority Mail, so they only take 3-5 days to reach you from when they go out the door here
• Are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, so we know your glasses got there and you're protected from lost orders
• Take 3-5 business days to process for single vision lenses, or 5-10 business days for frames with any upgraded lens options, such as tinting, although sometimes we're able to get them there faster
• Come with a free hard case

We'll email you as soon as your order is reviewed and sent to production, and then again when it goes out the door. You will receive your glasses within 3-5 days from when you get that second email. If you have any questions at all regarding your order, please contact Customer Service.

Returns

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your glasses, for any reason, you can return them for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To make a return:

1. Contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Return everything that was sent to you, including the hard case, in the condition it was received
3. Include your invoice listing your order number

We work very hard to make sure you receive the glasses you ordered. We verify the prescription according to ANSI standards several times, as well as check for any material defects such as scratches, chips, and other cosmetic defects.

When you receive your glasses, if they are damaged in any way, shipping is on us. If this is the case, please contact Customer Service right away.

If for any reason at all (your girlfriend doesn't like them, your dog growls when you put them on, you found some place cheaper to get the same frame), you can return your glasses for either a full refund or exchange within 30 days of when you receive them. We will refund the full cost of the frame and lenses.
